Shipping Information

We do not profit from shipping, these are the charges directly from USPS, UPS, & FedEx.

Free Shipping Option:

If your order or promotional offer applies you may be granted Free Shipping. This is restricted to the 48 connected USA States (excluding Alaska & Hawaii due to premium shipping costs). If you are outside these 48 states you can contact us or follow through with the checkout process and shipping to your exact location will be calculated with no added fess or taxes. 

This shipping option is not guaranteed or insured by USPS. USPS 1-3 day priority mail shipping is generally on-time with their 1-3 day estimate anywhere in the US, but delays or acts of God can happen. For this reason if a particular delivery date is desired we highly recommend using one of the paid shipping methods as these are guaranteed delivery methods.

Handling:

1-3 days of handling could be added to your wait time if orders are in high volume. In most cases if orders are placed before 2PM central time zone the items will ship same day.

When will I receive my door?

Your Sliding Door shipment is labeled the very day you order it. It is then picked up and shipped via USPS or UPS Monday - Friday. The average delivery time for USPS Priority mail is 2-3 business days. UPS standard can be within 5-7 business days. Visit our "Contact Us" page if you’ve been waiting longer.

Your Exterior Box with Electric Coop Motor shipment is labeled the very day you order it. It is then picked up and shipped USPS priority mail every Mon, Wed, and Fri in the USA. The average delivery time is 2-3 business days. Visit our contact us page if you’ve been waiting longer.

Will you ship internationally?

Shipping will be charged to your specific location. Multiple shipping options will be provided to serve the customer with the lowest price. If you would like to purchase products, customs requires that a phone number be provided for international shipping. *Shipping to Canada averages $30-60 USD for customers.

You may also incur customs, duties, taxes or import fees. We do not control this. This is the cost of importing to your country and the cost is controlled by your government. We have no control over this amount. In most cases the import fees range from $40-60 depending on your location.

Can I Come pickup my door to save on shipping costs?

Yes. If you are close enough to Valparaiso, IN 46385 & you would like to pick up your merchandise to save yourself from paying shipping costs you can email ACCD at info@AutomaticChickenCoopDoor.com about a time and location for pickup.

Has Your Shipping Provider Changed?

If a customer desired shipping provider is not able to perform the shipment in a timely or efficient manner, the provider can be changed by Automatic Chicken Coop Door to provide the best service to its customers.

Which Shipping Provider Should I Use?

Automatic Chicken Coop Door has no control over the shipping providers advertised delivery prediction and any discrepancies are to be handled with the shipping provider.

In most cases its best to choose the cheapest shipping provider but if you are on a time frame we highly suggest using FedEx as your shipping provider. We do not profit from shipping with FedEx or any other shipping providers. FedEx is the only shipping provider that guarantees the shipping arrival by the predicted arrival date. If they are unable to deliver by the shipping date they will grant a credit back to the customer after having been contacted by the customer directly.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept for return or exchange within 30 days of the purchase of any merchandise purchased from Automatic Chicken Coop Door product that has not been altered and or destroyed and must be accompanied with it's original receipt or packing slip.

If the product returned has been altered, damaged, or filthy, a full refund is not given. If the product returned is in the same condition as it was shipped from ACCD we will refund your account the full amount of the product and charge your account 15% for restocking. 

Returns:

ACCD has a 30 day return policy on its products. If the item hasn't been altered or damaged then it could be returned for a refund less a 15% restocking fee. Or if the item is returned in used or partial parts the item may be subject to a 30-40% restocking fee depending on the condition (Minimum 15% restocking fee will be included).

Please be sure to include the original Invoice Receipt with the return as well as a reason as to why its being returned (Keep tracking information to track your package).

Merchandise purchased outside the 30 day return policy will not be an acceptable return. 

Shipping cannot be refunded as the service was performed.

Return Shipping:

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Automatic Chicken Coop Door is not responsible for providing return labels for returns.
